My son Chris Circelli was at West Chester Univ. Brass fest this past weekend. He has your cd and was excited to meet you. We both enjoyed the weekend very much. I want to thank you for your involvement with the students. It means a lot to the young players to learn from the "masters". I know my son will be back next year and also at WCU's music camp this summer. Let us know if you will be back in the Phila. area again. Thank You Chris Circelli (Sr) 570-622-7544 home.

Hi Tom, I am the host for Afternoon Classics on Radio Station KRNN, Juneau, Alaska. It was neat to get your comment on my playing of the Zappa piece on your new CD. I was first drawn to it because I went to High School with Frank. Then, when I heard the piece, I was blown away. Leave it to Frank to make things difficult. Mike Price

Tom,

Bravo on all your recent successes--and a fellow Yamaha guy too. You sound great on the JW

And being the ITEA historian is very important too

You should be in touch with Ron Davis at USo Car who was a past historian and is doing a book on Hollywood Studio Tuba playing.

Many years ago i interviewed for a job at East Carolina--I went instead to the Univ of Tenn for a few years.

Best to you,

Jim Self
